Complete Roof Restoration
Cement Tiled Roof
This project showcases a full roof restoration, which involves a comprehensive process to bring the roof back to its best condition. We started by replacing all broken and damaged tiles to ensure a solid foundation. The entire roof surface was then pressure washed to remove built-up dirt, moss, and debris, followed by a full gutter and valley clean to ensure proper water flow. After that, we applied flexible pointing to all ridge caps for a clean, weatherproof finish. To complete the job, we finished with a high-quality 3-coat roof membrane paint system, providing long-lasting protection and a refreshed, modern look.

This terracotta roof restoration involved a detailed process to restore both the function and appearance of the roof. We began by removing and replacing the old rusted valley to ensure proper water drainage. All ridge caps were lifted, and the old mortar underneath was stripped out before re-cementing them securely back in place. Broken and damaged tiles were replaced throughout the roof. The entire roof was then pressure washed to remove years of built-up dirt and moss, and the gutters were thoroughly cleaned. To finish, we applied flexible pointing over the re-cemented ridge caps to provide added durability and a clean, weather-resistant finish.
